Delete your account
"Krucza Wieża" (The Raven Tower)

You can delete your Krucza Wieża account yourself in the game, on every platform (browser, Android, iOS, Windows, Steam). If you cannot sign in, we delete it at your request sent by e-mail.

1. Delete in the game

1. Sign in and open Settings, tab Account.
2. Type the word DELETE (in the Polish version of the game: USUŃ).
3. Confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google and the account has no password, click "Send code to email" and enter the 6-digit code from the e-mail. If two-step sign-in (2FA) is on, also enter the 2FA code.
4. Pick a reason for leaving (the extra note is optional) and click Wipe account for good.

The account is gone at once and cannot be restored. An account created only through Steam, without an e-mail address, first gets an e-mail and password (Settings, Account), or we delete it at your request as in section 3.

2. What we delete and what stays

Deleted at once:

• the sign-in account: e-mail address, user name, encrypted password, Google or Steam link, 2FA settings, sessions and sign-in tokens;
• the character and the whole game save: level, equipment, in-game currency (including unused PSS Tokens), achievements;
• messages in the world chat and the tavern, market offers, auctions, trade negotiations and their chat;
• membership, invitations and applications in Brotherhoods (a Brotherhood you led is taken over by another member, and if you were alone in it, it is dissolved);
• referrals, game ratings, verification and password reset codes, payment history stored with the character.

Kept for a limited time:

• a security log entry about the deletion (e-mail address, nickname, IP address, date and the chosen reason), so that we can show the deletion was made at your request and protect the game against abuse;
• purchase records and billing data that we must keep under tax and accounting law (up to 5-6 years), and payment data held by payment operators (Stripe, Google Play, App Store, Steam) under their own rules;
• server logs with IP addresses (up to 90 days) and database backups, until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

3. Deletion on request by e-mail

If you cannot sign in (forgotten password, no access to Google or Steam, blocked account), write to kruczawieza@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion". Include:

• the account's e-mail address or the character's nickname (for a Steam account: the profile name or Steam ID);
• a request to delete the account.

Preferably write from the e-mail address linked to the account. If you write from another address, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours (e.g. with a code sent to the account's address). We act on the request without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, and confirm by e-mail. Deletion is free of charge.
